Find out how AI describes your business - then fix it.
I ask the AI engines about your business, show you what they get wrong, and give you the fixes in order. Then I check again, so you can see the answers change. Back within a week.

The problem
When someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity about businesses like yours, what does it say?
Does it find you?
Does it understand you?
Does it recommend you?
Does it describe you accurately?
You either come up, come up wrong, or don’t come up at all. Most owners have never checked.
How it works, and what you get
Ask
Five questions a real customer would ask, put to ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, for you and five competitors. More if you want them.
Diagnose
A scored check of your website: 20 items in four areas (technical access, content, structured data, authority). Plus what each AI engine says about you and who it recommends instead. I read every answer and flag what looks off; you confirm what’s actually wrong. One PDF, six pages or less.
Fix
A prioritized fix list, in the order I would change things, with the reason each one moves the answer. You or your web people make the changes; I don’t hold the keys to your site.
Retest
The same questions again at 45 and 90 days, so you can watch the answers move, not just take my word for it once.
What I need from you
- Your website, and the names you trade under.
- Up to 5 businesses you’d want compared against, even loosely.
- Up to 5 questions a real customer would ask before buying.
No access to your systems, analytics, or accounts. Everything I look at is what the engines can already see. Not included: making the changes, traditional SEO, paid search, or content production.
Who runs it
Michael Gross, CISM. Director of IT running a governed AI program in production, former federal CIO, twenty years Navy.
Want to know how AI describes your business?
$400. One fixed price for the review, the fix list, and both retests. I’ll tell you before we start if I don’t think there’s enough to fix.
The first practice I reviewed went from 14 out of 20 to 18 out of 20, then started hearing “We found you through ChatGPT.”
